Transforming Healthcare with Purpose, Innovation, and a Heart for Service
Christopher T. Ault, “Chris”, is a seasoned leader in the healthcare industry. With a strong belief that nurses are the true problem solvers and patient saviors of healthcare, Chris is passionate about improving the quality of care for patients while maximizing the value of healthcare expenditures for employers.
As the Chief Operating Officer of Ault International Medical Management (AIMM), Chris was instrumental in bootstrapping the organization from $0 to nearly $4 million in annual revenue. His hands-on leadership helped AIMM achieve numerous national awards and accolades, including recognition as the inspiration for a documentary on the cure for the U.S. healthcare crisis. Known affectionately as “the king of all things non-human,” Chris was responsible for ensuring seamless operations, from technical infrastructure to financial management.
Before his tenure at AIMM, Chris served as a Military Police Officer in the Ohio National Guard and a Deputy Sheriff with the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office. He later transitioned to a supportive role, dedicating time as a stay-at-home dad to help his son overcome challenges while nurturing a healthy family environment. Following his retirement from AIMM, Chris underwent successive knee replacement surgeries and now enjoys an active lifestyle, including gym workouts, community service aimed at alleviating food insecurity, and spending quality time with his granddaughters.
Chris is also a dedicated supporter of Shriners Crippled and Burned Children’s Hospital and has been involved in church plants and missionary work in the U.S., Peru, and India. His faith plays a central role in his life, guiding his philosophy that the healthcare system must change to benefit patients and the employers who shoulder the financial burden of care. He firmly believes that meaningful innovation in medical devices can only be achieved by prioritizing patient needs over the interests of big pharma and corporate bureaucracy.
With a pragmatic approach and a wealth of experience, Chris is committed to sharing his insights and knowledge as he embarks on this new adventure in medical device innovation.
