Damea began his medical career in 1992 and built his career from beginning as a nursing assistant immediately after high school. He grew in his experience by becoming a Paramedic in tandem with nursing. Accomplishing achievement in both careers simultaneously. He has extensive experience in multiple fields including labor and delivery, medical surgical and emergency medicine. In 2013, his career shifted, landing him in the ever-growing world of clinical research.

He is incredibly passionate about every endeavor that he pursues. With more than three decades of experience in the medical industry, he has seen many changes, and he has made it his goal to improve healthcare delivery in any way that he can.

He is moving toward revolutionizing plasma-derived medication infusions with the invention of a brand-new medical device called I2F®. This device eliminates up to 5% of waste caused by the current delivery method.

Inspired by his late Uncle Darrell’s famous quote “Leave the place better than you found it”, that is EXACTLY what Alexander International Innovations aspires to accomplish.
