Medical Device Sales Representative

Position Overview

We are seeking 1099 Sales Representatives who thrive in a self-directed environment and enjoy making meaningful connections with hospitals, specialty centers, home infusion providers, and veterinary practices.

This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential, ideal for someone motivated, professional, and passionate about improving patient care and workflow efficiency.

You will introduce I2F to healthcare facilities, schedule demonstrations, educate clinicians, close sales, and help pioneering facilities adopt a best-practice method for medication delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and outreach to targeted healthcare facilities

• Educate nurses, pharmacists, veterinarians, and administrators on how I2F improves safety, reduces waste, and saves time

• Conduct product demonstrations

• Prepare and submit facility notes into our CRM

• Work closely with AII leadership to strategize territory growth

• Maintain regular follow-up with interested facilities

• Drive adoption through relationship building and consultative selling

• Achieve sales milestones and earn increased commission tiers

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professionalism and confidence when speaking with clinicians and leadership

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

• Sales experience preferred — healthcare sales is a plus but not required

• Ability to learn and confidently present the value of a medical device

• Organized, reliable, and committed to follow-through

• A genuine desire to help improve clinical workflows and patient care

Compensation

• Commission-only (no cap)

• Competitive tiered commission structure

• Reps do not need to stock inventory — AII ships directly to facilities
