Our flagship innovation, I2F—Improved Fluid Flow—was developed to address pressure imbalances that can occur during medication withdrawal from vials. Its patented design helps balance vial pressure, supporting more controlled medication preparation while reducing preventable waste.

Meet Our Founder & CEO
Damea Alexander, Founder and CEO
Damea Alexander began his nursing career in 1992, building more than three decades of experience across patient care, emergency response, clinical research, and healthcare leadership. He also served for 17 years as a paramedic firefighter—experience that strengthened his ability to identify problems, respond under pressure, and develop practical solutions in demanding environments.
Later in his career, Damea served as a Director of Research, overseeing clinical studies and working extensively with complex, high-value medications. During this work, he repeatedly observed an overlooked problem: pressure building inside medication vials during preparation, sometimes causing medication to spray or escape when the needle was withdrawn.
What others viewed as an unavoidable part of the process, Damea recognized as a solvable problem.
That observation led to the development of I2F—Improved Fluid Flow—a patented medical device designed to help balance vial pressure during medication withdrawal. What began as a solution to one persistent clinical challenge became the foundation for Alexander International Innovations.
Today, Damea leads AII in developing practical healthcare technologies for both human and veterinary medicine. His work is driven by the belief that healthcare innovation does not always require making care more complicated. Sometimes, the most meaningful advances begin by closely examining an everyday problem and creating a simpler, better way forward.
Through clinical experience, scientific curiosity, and a commitment to responsible healthcare resource stewardship, Damea and the AII team are working to advance medicine one meaningful innovation at a time.
